ANNOUNCEMENTS

WELCOME HOME CLASS:  Our VBC orientation class is from 8:45-10:00 am. This will be in the Discipleship Room just down the hall from the Children’s Ministry check-in desk. New to the Church? Join Jim Ray as he guides us through who we are and what we believe.

SAMARITANS FEET:  Volunteers are needed to help with the open Shoe Locker on March 20th and 27th. Please get in touch with Anna Ellis or Deb Rosell if you would like to help.

COMMUNITY OUTREACH C.O.R.E.:   Anyone interested in disciplining an inmate through a guided Bible study program, please get in touch with Deb Rosell or any member of the CORE committee.

WOMEN’S MINISTRY:  Save the date – May 4^TH in “Jesus, Me, and a Spring Tea.” There will be a luncheon and tea party from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm in the Fellowship Hall. Hostesses are needed to sponsor and decorate a table (14 total). If you are interested in sponsoring a table, please contact Julie Drake as soon as possible for all the details.

10:00 am-12:00 pm OASIS FOOD PANTRY serves +/- 250 families each month. 

5:30 pm POTBLESS please bring your favorite dish to share. 

6:15 pm PRAISE & PRAYER SERVICE Open to ALL! In the Fellowship Hall. The Children & Youth PreK-5^th will meet in the Oasis. We are collecting babysitting referrals for the nursery. 

7:00 pm CHOIR REHEARSAL Join us in the choir room as we lift praise to God in song. New “worshippers” welcome!

THURSDAY, MARCH 14^TH     

9:30 –11:00 am WOMEN’S BIBLE STUDY “The Names of God,” with Joanne Morris in the Conference room. 

1:45 – 3:45 pm WOMEN’S BIBLE STUDY “The Study of Romans,” with Kathy Johnson in Fellowship Hall.

8:00 am MEN’S FELLOWSHIP & PRAYER BREAKFAST in Fellowship Hall. Sponsored by Deacon Ministry.

SUNDAY, MARCH 17^TH  

9:00 am & 10:30 am WORSHIP SERVICE IN WORSHIP CENTER - Communion is served during the Worship Services on the 1st Sunday of the month and available to you at 10:10 am in the Prayer Chapel on all the other Sundays. 

9:00 am CHILDREN SUNDAY SCHOOL CLASSES for all “Village Kids” Nursery 0-4yrs; PreK–2^ND. 3^rd – 5^th.

10:30 am CHILDREN’S CHURCH Nursery 0-4 yrs., K–5^TH Oasis, and SUNDAY SCHOOL 6^TH-8^TH D-Group Room, 9^TH-12^TH in the Library.

6:00-7:30 pm INTENTIONAL DISCIPLESHIP FOR WOMEN Tuesday evening, in the Chapel Prayer Room adjacent to the kitchen. 

6:00-7:30 pm INTENTIONAL DISCIPLESHIP FOR MEN: “My Identity In Christ” in the Fellowship Hall.

Mar 31- Sunday SonRise Service (“The Centurion”) at Cooper Chapel at 6:30 am. 

Mar 31- Easter Sunday breakfast, 10:00 – 10:30 am. There will be no Sunday School on this day.
