Leadership

We are Blessed to have leaders who love the Lord, love our church family and love our community.  We seek to point others to Jesus and to live, love and serve more like Jesus as we grow as His followers.  We are not a perfect church nor are we perfect leaders, but we serve our Perfect God who is Gracious and Kind to guide us as we prayerfully submit to Him.

"Shepherd the flock of God that is among you, exercising oversight, not under compulsion but willingly, as God would have you; not for shameful gain, but eagerly; not domineering over those in your charge but being examples to the flock.".  1 Peter 5:2-4 ESV

Elder Board

The Elder Board exists to provide spiritual leadership, guidance and oversight for our church family, and helpful accountability over our staff pastors.  Our congregation chooses our Elders based on the biblical qualifications described in 1 Timothy 3 and Titus 1. 

Staff

The Staff serves under the direction of our lead pastor, and Elders rotate to be 'on call' as 'Elder of the Week'.

Church Board

The Church Board is made up of volunteer leaders from the various ministry committees that serve to lead out in many areas under the purview of the Elders.  These leaders try to help every one of our ministries to stay focused on the Mission Jesus has given us:  to make Disciples.
