DON’T FORGET TONIGHT: The Missions Committee will be sponsoring the spaghetti dinner fundraiser. The meal will be prepared by Jean Powell - the fundraiser is for the group going up to Michigan to work at Pilgrim's Way with the Edlins. Please join us in giving a love offering to help this amazing retreat.
LOVE IN ACTION: Is starting back up. We want to live and serve one another in the spirit of community. Look for an email with more information. Email Laurie Lollar @ LoveinActionVBC@gmail.com to sign up to help, to pray, or to request help—for yourself or for another.
WELCOME HOME CLASS: Our VBC orientation class is from 8:45-10:00 am. This will be in the Discipleship Room just down the hall from the Children’s Ministry check-in desk. New to the Church? Join Jim Ray as he guides us through who we are and what we believe.
ATTENTION ALL LADIES: All ladies and guests are invited to attend, “JESUS, ME, And A SPRING TEA” and Luncheon….Saturday, May 4, from 11:00 to 1:00 here at VBC in the fellowship hall. Tickets are $5 and will go on sale, starting April 10, and continue each Wednesday and Sunday through April 28 at the Women’s Ministry table or from Julie Drake. The deadline to purchase tickets is April 28. No tickets will be sold at the door AFTER APRIL 28!! BEAUTIFUL LIVES will be sharing about their local boutiques and ministries. ****Please bring gently worn clothes, purses, shoes, and jewelry in BAGS (no hangers, please) to the Tea Party. We will donate all of the collected items to Beautiful Lives! *** We are also looking for several more ladies to decorate a table ***
ATTENTION ALL LADIES: VBC of Hot Springs Village is inviting all ladies from our VBC here in Bella Vista to join their Spring Retreat, on April 19TH & 20TH. Please see the Women’s Ministry table for information & sign-ups. Cost $25 + gas for the trip. Host homes are available.
WANTING TO SERVE? Do you have special skills with which to serve at VBC? Skills such as electrical, mechanical, carpenter, seamstress, art, A/V, computing, web development, anything you are willing to offer. From time to time, we need assistance in areas and would love to provide opportunities to our folks instead of going outside. Please contact the front office or a Trustee to discuss.
LOVE IN ACTION: Do you want to know when a brother or sister is in need? Possibly you can help. You can surely pray! Love in Action is starting back up. We want to send email notifications when a need arises. Sign up to receive them. LoveinActionvbc@gmail.com.
No one needs to feel pressured to help. No one has to be afraid of being called every time for a need just because they’ve helped before. Some of us have time and energy to spare; however, we may have gifts and skills or abilities that we’d like to use for God’s glory! Perhaps your life group would like more ways to serve together. This is a ministry for us all!
Now please let us know when you have a need or are aware of a need for another. We want to help when it’s urgent and when it’s not too. You can rate your own need from 0-10 in urgency. Don’t worry that you will be taking help away from someone who may need it more. We will prioritize. It will all be confidential and discreet. Names need not be shared with the entire group - just specifically with whoever is offering to help you; that is your choice. It is a blessing to be able to serve! Let us know how.
Let’s start living more like a community—within the church, as well as including others outside the church who have needs we are aware of!

5:30 pm POTBLESS bring your favorite dish to share.
6:15 pm PRAISE & PRAYER SERVICE Open to ALL! In the Fellowship Hall. The Children & Youth PreK-5th will meet in the Oasis. We are collecting babysitting referrals for the nursery. Woody will lead us in the Journey Wall exercise.
9:00 am & 10:30 am WORSHIP SERVICE IN WORSHIP CENTER - Communion is served during the Worship Services on the 1st Sunday of the month and available to you at 10:10 am in the Prayer Chapel on all the other Sundays.
