ANNOUNCEMENTS

TRUSTEE COMMITTEE – Churchwide Workday:  SAT. NOV 5th (8 am-2 pm). We love our church. We can share in all that God has given us… using our time, talents, tithes. This is a great opportunity for some work activity, some fun & some fellowship with our Church Family. There are a variety of projects that need completed: winterization, yard work, special cleanup, cleaning windows, cleaning carpets, landscaping, specific projects, etc. Something for Everyone… and Pizza ‘lunch’ will be served.  Please sign up in Fellowship Hall.

CHILDREN AND YOUTH MINISTRY LUNCH - All Children and Youth Ministry volunteers, children, and families are invited to a Soup, Salad, and Chili Lunch on Sunday, November 6th, in the Fellowship Hall after the second service. Our Children's and Youth Ministry is growing, and we want to have a chance to eat, fellowship, and pray together. We also want to focus on some important safety and security training for our precious Village Kids and Youth.

KNITTOGETHER MINISTRY, would like to express a big thank you to all who have knitted or crocheted the variety of items in 2022.   Please drop off your items to the Church office during the week of NOV 1st-6th. Please put your name and the count of items included in each bag.  On Tuesday, November 8th, we will sort out to the different ministries.  Any questions please contact Marlys Peak at bmpeak@cox.net.

Church Fellowship – Men’s Chili Cook-off and Table Games.  FRI, NOV 11th @ 5 pm.  All are invited to participate; we are inviting “men” to make your favorite chili and women will judge the winning chili!  Women are to bring sides (sour cream, cheese, crackers, Fritos, etc.)  After the meal we will gather around tables to play table games.  Bring your favorite table game or cards.   For questions contact Jean Powell charleysangel@cox.net or Paula Osterberger paula03@cox.net.
