ANNOUNCEMENTS

FELLOWSHIP MEALWED, March 22ND, 5:30 pm (4th Weds) Fellowship Hall. Provided by Deaconess Ministry. We will be serving enchiladas, Mexican side dishes, and Tres Leche Cake for dessert. The cost is $5/person, $15 max for immediate family. Come enjoy good food and fellowship at 5:30 pm followed by Praise and Prayer at 6:30 pm.

COMMUNITY PANCAKE BREAKFAST - On Saturday, April 1st a pancake breakfast will be held for residents of Bella Vista who have moved here within the past year.  Our plan is to help them get familiar with Bella Vista- various amenities, POA contact information, clubs and organizations, etc. and at the same time answer any questions they may have.  Our goal is to be a welcoming church body and help them in any way we can to adjust to living in Bella Vista.

VBC MISSIONS BOARD - You are invited! The Missions Board is sponsoring a spaghetti dinner during the Pot Bless hour APRIL 5TH STARTING AT 5:30 PM. Your cooks and servers will be primarily VBC work project teams members going to Stillwater’s to serve the end of April. Your donation will be used to defray building material and other work costs including remodeling a bathroom and breezeway and redoing 2 docks.  If you cannot make it to the dinner, you may still donate to VBC Missions and note your donation is for Stillwater’s Retreat Center work project.  If you have any questions, contact team leaders, Debbie and Mike Rosell. 

C.O.R.E & INTO THE LIGHT – Would like to shout out a BIG thank you to all who participated in the Easter Baskets for Survivors. Thanks to you there were 52 baskets donated!! Into the Light was overwhelmed by the generosity of our Church! Message from Gretchen was “Your Church has shown great love tot those who are hurting. I know Jesus is well pleased with your Church!

C.O.R.E – Had a successful Pastoral/Leadership Lunch & Learn about Human Trafficking last Thursday. We had 15 people who came from Churches in Bella Vista and Bentonville come. The Holy Spirit was with Gretchen and all of us. Thank you volunteers for all your hard work for our 1st Pastoral/Leadership Lunch & Learn.

THE OASIS FOOD PANTRY - has need of Volunteers to assist On Wednesday April 26th and May 3rd.  Those two weeks 4 of the volunteers in the pantry will be at the Michigan mission trip to help Steve Edlin with the fixing up the Retreat. Can you Lift 30lbs plus: we need you to help load vehicles, move supplies, and smile as we serve the community. Please fill out the connection card with the available days you can help or speak with Max Ellis.  "MEN WE NEED YOU"!

5:30-6:30 pm POTBLESS, (APRIL 5, 12, 19) (Fellowship Meal 4TH Weds). Please bring your favorite dish to share. We need volunteers to sign-up for PotBless to serve & clean; contact Jean Powell.

6:30 pm PRAISE & PRAYER SERVICE. Open to ALL! Including Children & Youth Ministry offers P3 (Praise, Prayer & Play) for all Village Kids (PreK-5th)

7:30 pm VBC CHOIR REHEARSAL! Contact Sarah O’Malley.

THURSDAY

9:30-11:00 WOMEN’S BIBLE STUDY, meeting in the conference room, The Epistle of Liberty—An Inductive study of Galatians. The study will be led by Joanne Morris.

2:00-3:30 pm WOMEN’S BIBLE STUDY, BOOK OF GENESIS, led by Kathy Johnson, in Fellowship Hall. Please come and join us anytime, during any Unit, and if you would like a book ordered, please contact Kathy Johnson.
