Announcements

These are exciting days!  We are growing and we need to make more room so more people can come and hear about Jesus! The Elder Board and the Church Board are in unanimous agreement that we are in need of 2 Worship Services on Sunday mornings.  STARTING ON SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 11^th we will be offering 2 Worship Services: 

1^st Service will be at 9:00 a.m.       2^nd Service will be at 10:30 a.m.

Why are we doing this?  We want Bella Vista to be the easiest place in America to hear the Good News of Jesus Christ and to become a disciple of His. Our 10:15 worship service is getting so full (a good problem to have!) that we need to make more room for folks to join in.  The most efficient, most inexpensive and best way to make more room is to add a second service.

Missions Ministry Update: (from Joann Morris) Loving Choices "Baby Bottle" campaign collected $2,968.61 for the ministry.  Loving Choices annual fund-raising banquet is scheduled for October 27, 2022, with dinner at 6:30 pm at the Northwest Arkansas Convention Center in Springdale, AR.  Joanne Morris is sponsoring a table; if you would like to attend, please contact me (mrsjoannemorris50@yahoo.com).  If you’d rather, you may register yourself at www.supportLC.org/events.  There is no charge for the dinner and all donations go to support the ministry.  Thank you, Church Family, for all you do.

9:00 a.m. – Sunday School classes @ Children’s Ministry Area-Nursery (0-3yrs); PreK–1^st, 2^nd–3^rd, 4^th–5^th, Oasis 6^th-8^th, and Library 9^th-12^th.

10:15 a.m. Worship Service (Communion 1^st Sunday) including Children’s Church (PreK-5^th) and Nursery (0-3yrs)

6:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. Men’s Bible Study: “Through the Bible” led by Joe Avila located in the Conference Room

Wednesday

10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. OASIS Food Pantry serves +/-240 families each month from NWA and Missouri. 

Each Wednesday (Aug 31^st). For PotBless please bring your favorite dish to share; also need volunteers to sign-up for PotBless to serve & clean; contact Jean Powell @ charleysangel@cox.net.

6:30 p.m. Praise & Prayer Service. Open to ALL! Including Children (PreK-5^th) and Nursery (0-3yrs) and offers P3 (Praise, Prayer & Play) for all Village Kids.
